2300 words total on the unnamed fantasy thing, of which ~800 are from tonight.
Also, trimmed 1k off the Very Icky Story in a second pass, an awful lot of it verbs.
So hey, I think that counts as a good day of writing considering I had munchkins underfoot all day, did some work in the yard, did some laundry, AND spent a couple of hours cleaning up (which has already been completely undone.)
Might even get a few more words down before I call it quits for the night, but I'm not counting on it.,
