Apr. 8th, 2007 08:31 pmThe intertubes have been very quiet and dull this weekend. Why are you people not entertaining me? You've left me no decent means of distraction except solitaire, you cruel, cruel people. I almost resorted to watching television last night!
Anyhow I did some writing. Finished Chapter 3, even:

Very satisfied so far with the way things are going, though at this point it's all still pretty much putting the set up and getting the players on stage and introduced. I'm intentionally not thinking ahead too far except in terms of large concepts; I'm fairly certain that it was the detailed planning/outlining of Arcx that turned it into such a disaster. Spontaneous in-the-moment inspiration obviously works best for me when first-drafting.
I need to think a bit before I jump into Chapter 4. Also, sleep would be good.
