Apr. 15th, 2007 10:00 pmDid my taxes today, which involved some unplanned housecleaning because one my forms was not where it should have been. Realized that there's a deduction I should have been taking for the past four years that would've added about 75 bucks to my refund each time. )-: Oh well, better late than never. Stupid obtuse tax forms.

novel_in_90 goal. Finished Chapter 4, and have to think a bit about Chapter 5 as it's a cutaway to the Bad Guys. It'd help if I'd figured out before now exactly what the Bad Guys are up to, but hey, half the fun of writing is the surprise (-:
I realized about a week ago that the title of one of my short stories was absolutely horrible. I took advantage of a rejection (#65) yesterday to change the title before I sent it out somewhere new. Doing my best to keep all those little balls in the air at once...

papersky has set the date: April 23rd. Although I'm not a SFWA Member, nor qualified to become one at this point, I'm thinking I might just participate anyway. Call me crazy, but having been online for the last 25 years makes me sorta fond of the internet and its possibilities. I'm still debating what to post.
Holiday tomorrow, and another chapter to dig into. Marathon should be fun, since today was another day of Wet Crap Falling Out Of The Sky.
