(no subject)

I haven't been posting here as much as usual lately. This is not because I'm two-timing y'all with other social networking sites (though I am on all three of LJ, Facebook, and Twitter, content decreases significantly in meaningfulness in that order.) Mostly it's that I'm feeling down, and I hate boring y'all with whine whine me me, and right now I feel like the only times I'm not in that mode are when I'm in ANGRYPOLITICS! mode instead. And I'm having a rough enough time that I'm not maintaining the sense of humor about things I normally do, and even more than being whiny I hate being dull.

So... ah.

Well.

Um.

I'm ready for a long weekend. At the moment I've got popcorn, water, good music (thank you, Pandora!) and a short story to finish. And I might do some perl programming too, but just for the fun of it.

Other than that, eh. How about that hurricane?
