I would have to lose a bet to go on that show.

Although if I *were* going to do it, I'd totally get wasted the night before and run the thing wearing shades and a T-shirt reading "I have a huge hangover!" When the microphone chick asked me what I was there to accomplish I'd say something like "I'm here to make as BIG AN ASS OF MYSELF as POSSIBLE! WOOO!!"

Yes, but unlike the other participants I would be yelling in clear what they are saying in code.

Like, you saw that Brit who was bizarrely calling for her mother at every step? I'd be doing that, except instead of crying "Mummy!" I'd be shouting "I'M AN ATTENTION WHORE!"...."I HAVE NO PRIDE!"...."THIS IS MY SUBSTITUTE FOR SELF-WORTH!"...."THESE AUTOMATIC FISTS CANNOT HIT HALF AS HARD AS MY FAILURE TO LEARN ANY USEFUL SKILLS!" and the like, only with a big cheerful grin. I'd also hide a (plastic) bottle of beer inside my safety vest, and make a big show of chugging it before I swung on the rope at the end. Maybe I should also wear a baseball cap that reads LOWEST COMMON DENOMINATOR.
