prepare yourself for an opportunity to mock me

Was hurrying down the stairs today in my socks carrying a big box of presents (thankfully, NOT carrying a baby) when I slipped and bounced rather violently down the last three or four steps on my ass. As you can imagine, this *hurt*. In fact, half my butt is now massively swollen. Yeah, yeah, thanks. Glad you think it's funny.

Sigh. At least it isn't as bad as that time I fell all the way down my stairs and impaled myself on a broken curtain rod. That time involved blood.

Uh... sitting here kinda hurts a lot, so I'm going to bed. Hope you all have a very happy holidays.
