"This method of penis enlargement is truly unique..."

Unwilling to actually open the message, but it does make me wonder what the end of that sentence would be.

"...it involves stoats!"

"...call now for your ball-peen hammer and our informative guide to Intentional Swelling!"

"...so unique it is only known to a 'handful' of secretly gay conservative Republican senators!"

How would *you* follow that up?
