It's a UK magazine, so none of the usual stores carry it. You can subscribe directly from the TTA Press (http://www.ttapress.com) website, and I can recommend it as one of the top SF magazines out there (and I'm not just saying that because they publish me) but that's a bit of a hit if you've never seen it before. Once the issue comes out (early March, I'd expect) hopefully there will be places online for ordering single copies.

I let all my subs to everything SF lapse last year; time to go check out the TTA website, methinks.
